DESIGN BUILD No Frame

DESIGN-BUILD Our design-build process brings professional design and construction expertise together into one firm. Instead of hiring a separate architect , interior designer , landscape designer, and builder, our process provides these services under one roof. This allows for greater continuity of service. Instead of being at the whim of a group, you become more of a partner in the design of your home. As a "partner" your input and ideas will help actualize the design, influence the materials selection and ultimately, establish a rock-solid budget. We provide the building expertise and design experience, trade knowledge and skilled workmanship to turn your ideas into reality. Design-Build Checklist:First, we start with meeting to define your particular needs, define your specific architectural style, and determine a realistic budget. Many clients find collecting stock photos, or reviewing our file of images, useful at these initial meetings.The next step involves contracting to create preliminary designs including floor plans and the front elevation.If the preliminaries meet your approval, we contract to draft detailed, final plans and obtain estimates from sub-contractors and suppliers.Once the final plans are approved and prices obtained, we present you with the building contract that includes your contract price and specifications detailing the products, services and materials to be used in the build, and of course, blueprints of your custom home.ould yShould you choose to build with RSC the cost for design is credited to the budget once a building contract is signed. If you choose not to build, you owe nothing more, however we do retain the plans. Plans to build without further service of RSC are a available for an additional charge. Additional services for landscape and interior design are also available. Since our design-build process involves a comprehensive approach, we highly recommend utilizing the services we offer. This will help assure your complete satisfaction in the complex process of home building.... We are at your service!

Founded in 1990 by Robert J. and Anita Smith, we are proud to be one of Northern Colorado's premier homebuilding firms. We build between eight and twelve custom homes per year. Our smaller company size enables us to offer personalized service, and strict quality control.
