ROBERT SMITH CONSTRUCTION, INC.
Founded in 1990, we are proud to be one of Northern Colorado's premier homebuilding firms. We are, and always have been, a family business. At our peak we would build between eight and twelve custom homes per year. Today, our smaller company size enables us to offer personalized service, and strict quality control.
We value the relationships we have built, not only with our clients, but also with our subcontractors and vendors. We loyally employ the best local tradesmen, and have some of the lowest sub-contractor turnover in the industry. President Robert J. Smith designs the majority of the homes we build, working with clients from preliminary design to "turn-key" completion.
Robert has a lifetime of experience as a craftsman and to this day can be found active on each job site. Don't be surprised to find him out there still framing with his team to ensure the quality and attention your next home deserves!
