Consultation
First, we begin with a meeting dedicated to understanding your unique needs and goals. This initial discussion allows us to gather insights your vision, preferences, and any specific challenges you may be facing.
Preliminary Design
Based on this, we design. Once you approve of the design, we will reach out to our team of sub-contractors and suppliers to get you an estimate, leveraging over a decade of relationship building to achieve your vision within your budget.
Contract
Once the estimates are in, we present you with a contract, a contract price, a spec sheet detailing all the products and materials to be used in your home, as well as the blueprints.
As our customer, your input and ideas will drive the design and any materials selected - all with consideration to our predetermined budget.
